The good news is we can survey your property using a camera and record the state of your guttering so you can take a look. This could be an important first step if you find that you are getting mould in any of your rooms. We charge a small fee for this service.
We will need access to a power supply to operate the vacuum we use. If you have outside power we'll just need access to any secure parts of your property. When cleaning fascias and soffits we do like to use your water supply for part of the clean, but we can use our pure water systems tank that we have on our van should this not be possible. We'll discuss the options before providing a statement of work.
We would recommend at least a yearly visit to stop the build up of debris such as leaves, moss and other items. It's amazing what can be found up there. Depending on your location you may need them cleaned more regularly but we can discuss this when we quote so you get a clear picture.
