At DF Clean we use a water fed pole system using pure water technology. The system removes all the impurities from tap water to ensure a spotless clean. Using a pole system allows us to work safely from the ground which also provides privacy to you and also means we can usually get to any window on your property or premises.
WIth the water fed pole system we are able to reach up to around 4/5 storey buildings and the water used is held on our van, meaning we don’t need access to a water source.
Window cleaning is an all year round service, which most customers don't realise. We'll be available come rain or storm (within reason) to make your windows shine.
Working from the ground means we tend to work at distance from your windows giving you that little bit more privacy in your home or business.
We have a number or ways to make payment for our services, including automatic payment via direct debit, bank transfers, cheques and cash.

Yes, we use pure water which is similar to rain in the sense that its doesn't contain the minerals that leave behind dirt. When the water dries you'll be left with streak free windows.
Yes, the water fed pole systems we use allows us to clean all parts of the window. On first cleans we like to make sure the sills are looking like new, we'll discuss this when we come visit to give you a quote. After each wash we'll wipe down the sills on the first floor.
Yes, as long as we have access to the property we'll be able to carry out the work.
This is largely down to the type of property, its location and its surroundings. However, on average most cleans are on a six week cycle. We are happy to accommodate, shorter or longer cycles.

We hadn't had our windows cleaned since the house was built two years ago, David was very responsive and quoted us within 48hrs.
